An Automotive Co-operative    HCL provided Programme Management services to a Dubai-based global project which aims to establish a co-operative organisation linking manufacturers, retailers and customers. At the core of the organisation is a web-based exchange platform allowing members to participate in a B2B internal market. A major international bank    HCL provided Programme Management services to the Initiation Phase of a  resources business review. HCL established the appropriate project controls including project plans, risks & issues logs, reporting procedures and budgetary controls.

An airline    HCL provided Project Management of 5 projects with a budget of £4m, revenue implications of £60m p/a and a team of 150 staff. The projects were initiated to resolve historic systems inefficiencies, implement improved controls worldwide and introduce a new IT system.
