but clients who do not wish to go down this route find a limited choice. Many
suppliers offer project management as part of the delivery of their services or
product. However, the technical project management they supply may not provide the overall perspective necessary to manage
the entire project. HCL aims to fill this gap in the market by providing full
project lifecycle services at competitive rates.
