Engaged to work with PCT Public Health Leads on a number of pieces of work:

• to provide IT project management services on an electronic End of Life Care Register in liaison with a 3rd party supplier. This register is now operational.
• to track and work with the relevant teams on hitting the key targets for Smoking   Cessation and Chlamydia screening. Both teams achieved their targets in  2009/10
• to develop a Flu immunisation passport for the >65s, At Risk and Pregnant mothers groups
• to monitor actual spend on the £7.5m 2008/9 budget and work on the preparation of the 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12 budgets.
• to develop an ‘Immunisation & Vaccination Passport’ for the over 65s to encourage greater rates of immunisation
