HCL provided Project Management to a number of projects for this client. HCL worked with  teams drawn together for each specific project. These teams were in the 10-15 range and involved management of 3rd parties

HCL had full responsibility for planning, budget & cost tracking, managing risks, managing two 3rd party suppliers and reporting. The project was delivered to the revised timetable on budget.

Projects:

• enhancement of current interactive functionality to allow customers to interrogate their invoice details on-line, thus saving on the cost of   producing and sending paper statements  
• initiation of a project to enhance internet digital ordering functionality on   the client website allowing customers to order products and their installation   over the internet
