Description of
assignment:
HCL provided Project
Management to a number of projects for this client, as follows:

a pay-per-view project allowing users to access sports content via Premier
Football Club sites. The project had had two project managers prior to our
arrival so there was a need for remedial work. The initial work concentrated
on bringing the team together and managing the expectations of the Business
Sponsor. This was followed by the introduction of disciplined Project
Administration. |
HCL had full responsibility for planning, budget & cost tracking, managing
risks, managing two 3rd party suppliers and reporting. The project was delivered
to the revised timetable on budget.

initiation of a project to enhance internet digital ordering functionality on
the client website allowing customers to order products and their installation
over the internet |

enhancement of current interactive functionality to allow customers to
interrogate their invoice details on-line, thus saving on the cost of
producing and sending paper statements |
