John Kimber is a professional executive coach and group facilitator with 15 years experience in consultancy, ten of which were spent with PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in Europe and North America with senior client leadership teams. He set up Vision4Change Ltd in 1999 and has continued to work with a wide range of Blue Chip clients since. His skills are as follows:

Key Skills

	Change Management: I have provided the Change Management input to several large Programmes seeking to make large-scale organisational change. This involved a number of interventions ranging from sponsorship development, stakeholder management and briefings on the nature of change
	Facilitation: I have experience with a wide range of groups with differing agendas and seniority. This has included Visioning and Strategy development as well as working with senior management teams looking to develop their leadership style and way of working together.
	Coaching and counselling: I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, seeking to develop their skills or help them to resolve issues at work. This has involved working with Executives helping them understand the dynamics of their management teams in order to make appropriate interventions as well as helping explore personal career decisions.
	Creativity and innovation: I have a strong interest in creative tools and techniques and have worked with teams to develop innovative solutions to issues facing them. This has involved working with clients in areas ranging from Strategy Development to New Product Development using different approaches to stimulate new ideas and challenge existing ways of thinking.
