Change Management

HCL has implemented Change Management programmes to introduce revised working practices into client organisations. Much of this work has been driven by the introduction of new IT systems.

 

Executive Interim Management

HCL has been engaged by a number of clients to provide this service as part of a wider Programme Management role.
