A Public Sector Consultation HCL provided project management to a critical consultation conducted in short timescales to engage 3rd party organisations in developing local delivery mechanisms to implement the recent Public Health White Paper 'Choosing Health' A Public Sector [Health] re-organisation As part of the Arm's Length Body [ALB] review, HCL provided project management expertise in integrating the functions of 2 ALBs with a combined budget of 20m. An Automotive Co-operative HCL provided Programme Management services to a Dubai-based global project which aims to establish a co-operative organisation linking manufacturers, retailers and customers. At the core of the organisation is a web-based exchange platform allowing members to participate in a B2B internal market. This required the establishment of full project management controls including planning and tracking activities, budgeting and monitoring spend, maintaining risks and issues registers and full reporting. HCL established the appropriate project controls including project plans, risks & issues logs, reporting procedures and budgetary controls.
An airline HCL provided
Project Management of 5 projects
with a
budget of £4m, revenue implications of £60m p/a and a team of 150 staff.
The projects were initiated to resolve historic systems inefficiencies,
implement improved controls worldwide and introduce a new IT system. The
objectives of these projects were met on time and within budget.
