Company Rationale

HCL was formed in 1995 to provide a complete Project Management service. Since then, HCL has provided Project Management on both business and IT projects to 'blue chip' clients in a variety of sectors.

Project management is also offered by the large consultancies, but clients who do not wish to go down this route find a limited choice. Many suppliers offer project management as part of the delivery of their services or product. However, the technical project management they supply may not provide the overall perspective necessary to manage the entire project. HCL aims to fill this gap in the market by providing full project lifecycle services at competitive rates.
